职位描述：

1、负责J2EE中间件产品架构，并带领团队进行产品研发；

2、负责产品相关文档编写；

3、负责制订JAVA技术体系开发规范。

任职要求：

1、计算机或相关专业本科学历以上；

2、具有3年以上J2EE系统分析、设计、开发经验；

3、能够独立设计JAVA开发框架，制订开发标准；

4、精通MVC、JavaScript、HTML、XML、AJAX、CSS等开发技术；

5、精通Struts、Spring、Hibernate等框架；

6、精通Oracle、MS SQL SERVER、MySql等关系型数据库；

7、熟练使用Eclipse/MyEclipse；

8、掌握Tomcat、WebLogic等主流JAVA应用容器；

9、掌握基于UML的软件分析与设计技能；

10、踏实沉稳，善于交流，有团队意识、责任心，书面表达能力好，有良好的文挡编写习惯；

11、有电子政务行业经验和项目管理经验者优先。
